
From March 1 onwards, our team embarked on an immersive three-week market research tour across seven European countries, moving beyond the confines of standardized market reports to dive headfirst into local senior living ecosystems. We engaged authentically with older adults, witnessing their day-to-day lives, the challenges they face, and the simple joys that make their golden years meaningful.


Our journey led us to the serene banks of the Rhine, where we had heartfelt conversations with local seniors and heard their stories about living their daily lives with dignity in their later years. In Wildungen, we visited luxury senior-focused SPA and wellness resorts, where comfort, accessibility, and holistic well-being take center stage—exemplifying a human-centered approach to senior leisure and self-care. On the bustling streets of Luxembourg, we saw seniors gathering in small groups to chat and connect freely, underscoring just how vital social interaction is to healthy aging. In the Netherlands, we watched older adults using walkers navigate public spaces with steady confidence, a poignant reminder of the critical need for safe, practical daily assistive devices. And at local markets in Switzerland, we observed seniors shopping independently, relying on intuitive, easy-to-use tools that preserve their autonomy and quality of life.


Every moment of this tour deepened our core understanding: older adults deserve products that seamlessly blend safety, comfort, and functionality—products that empower them to live independently, with dignity, and joyfully. These on-the-ground observations have become the cornerstone of inspiration for our future product development efforts.



Moving forward, we will center our focus on the unique needs of older adults worldwide, prioritizing the research, design, and launch of truly age-friendly, senior-centric products. We will focus on enhancing daily safety, improving mobility comfort, and nurturing emotional and mental well-being, with a commitment to bringing greater convenience, peace of mind, and genuine happiness to seniors’ everyday lives. Guided by the insights gleaned from this European tour and rooted in our mission of compassionate, human-centric innovation, we strive to create exceptional products that honor the aging journey and warm every moment of seniors’ golden years.
